Have you thoroughly read through our contract/guarantee and understand all terms of the contract are final once you place money on your puppy? Contract will NOT change *You can find the guarantee on our website *

Do you understand if you buy your puppy as a pet only there is a strict spay/neuter contract?

Do you understand your puppy cannot be altered before the age of 12 months, but has to be done before 16 months of age?

Do you understand our contract/guarantee does NOT need signed. You agree to the terms by placing any money on your puppy.

Are you aware that issues such as hip/elbow dysplasia, viral illnesses, parasites, and physical injury are NOT covered in our guarantee. *Life threatening genetic based issues only

Are you willing to keep in contact with us and frequently update/send pictures of your new baby as he/she ages?
